Partner Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between Kids Capital and its approved partners. By joining the partner program, you agree to offer exclusive discounts or services to Kids Capital members.

Partners must honour all advertised offers for the agreed duration. Offers must be clearly communicated and available to all eligible Kids Capital members without discrimination.

Partnership listing is offered on a commission-based or flat-fee model as agreed during onboarding. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.

Partners grant Kids Capital the right to use their logo, business name, and offer details for promotional purposes on our platform, social media, and email communications.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding offers must be honoured for the remainder of their advertised period.

Partners are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their goods and services. Kids Capital is not liable for any disputes between partners and members.
